PAYERNE PROJECT

REMINISCENCE OF YESTERYEAR

The project is the result of merging two plots of land. The southern part of the building has been reconstructed based on the formal memory of traditional rural construction. Meanwhile, the northern part adopts elements of rural expression while incorporating contemporary features such as open loggias and dormer windows.

COMMON AREAS

The underground sections include cellars, parking spaces (for cars, bicycles, and motorcycles) for all households. Car parking spaces have the option of being equipped with electric charging stations. The basement also features a nuclear fallout shelter.

The outdoor areas maintain a simplicity that reflects the rural character of the site, and the trees are selected in relation to the local flora. A pleasant playground is available for residents, complemented by benches and a fountain.

Given the current energy context, the building focuses on renewable energies with the use of geothermal probes and photovoltaic panels.

THE APARTMENTS

Special attention has been given to the development of the 16 available apartments. Each one has its unique character and offers different housing typologies that enable varied lifestyles. The building’s orientation, along with the loggias and generous openings, allows for deep penetration of light into the living spaces. All apartments come with a spacious loggia or a terrace facing south or west, ensuring optimal conditions for daytime and evening use.

All apartments are equipped with the necessary facilities for daily life in our modern lifestyle, suitable for both families and individual households.
